The Music Guy: Ron: Responsible for booking the music talent on the show and composing music for the "Out There" fictional show. While most musicians work groupies, Ron likes to work one groupie at a time.

Ron Camilleri ---- Ron is the composer of the original music for the show. As our music guy, he has worked on every side of the music industry. As a teen, he played in bands while working summers in the record companies. He continued to play, right through his university years and won various battle of the bands and songwriting contests. After graduating university, Ron went on to work for Warner Music Canada and eventually Sony Music Canada in a variety of roles. After his award winning sales efforts, Ron turned to marketing. He was able to travel the world, and he worked with some of the most prestigious artists in the business. Ron has personally worked on projects and represented artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick Jr., Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Pink Floyd, James Taylor and many more. Eventually, as head of Columbia Records for Sony Music Canada, Ron was responsible for the home of such prominent artists as Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Barbra Streisand, George Michael, Aerosmith, Our Lady Peace and many more. In an attempt to fulfill his dream, Ron turned his efforts to his home studio so that he could focus on his creative side. He now enjoys writing and producing as well as creating music for television, commercials and film. This is not Ron's first stop working with Melissa DiMarco. Ron composed, performed and produced all original music for Melissa's Dreamseeker television series and he continues to work with Dimarco Entertainment on ongoing projects. Recently, you can hear his work on Sportsnet, as well as a variety of commercials, corporate presentations and he particularly loves to write and produce with up and coming artists. He most recently went to British Columbia for a few months to work on some original material with some songwriting and producing partners. Ron brings an overall knowledge of the music industry to Out There because he is a producer, singer, songwriter and performer, as well as a seasoned record executive all in one.
