As star and producer, Melissa DiMarco has earned a strong fan base as the face and force behind Out There. A dynamic, multitalented performer and entertainer with over 15 years' experience, she has earned a long list of credits as an actor, producer, and journalist. She was also a series lead on the acclaimed teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation, playing Daphne Hatzilakos (aka "Ms. H"), teacher and later Principal of Degrassi Community School, for eight seasons. The series is seen in over 43 million US households and in syndication in over 150 countries. Melissa's film credits include starring opposite Tom Sizemore, Eric Roberts, and Paul Sorvino, and working with directors such as Danny DeVito and the legendary Peter Bogdanovich. When she’s not acting on Out There, Melissa is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker.
